All purchases are final. Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance within the same production up to 24 hours before the original performance time based upon availability. Exchange fees will apply for exchanges from one performance to another and from one show to another; exchange fees are waived for Flex Pass holders.
